Kalinic Use Number 7 in Milan
Nikola Kalinic will be wearing number 7 on the shirt at AC Milan, which belongs to the legend, Andriy Shevchenko.
A number of players have been wearing numbers for the Rossoneri.
The first person to wear a shirt permanently is Paolo Di Canio, who scored five goals in 22 matches before joining the Scottish club Celtic.
That left the t-shirts free for the next campaign, before Edgar Davids scored in his 10 appearances in the 1997-98 season.
After Ibrahim Ba in the 1998-99 season, the number seven was awarded to new Andriy Shevchenko for his first Serie A campaign.
The Ukrainian striker has had a stunning impact by scoring 24 Serie A goals.
The next season brought the Scudetto, with Shevchenko once again becoming Serie A. top scorer.
In the summer of 2006, the striker left Milan for Chelsea in a deal worth 44 million Euros, breaking the British transfer record.
Ricardo Oliveira inherited the number for a season, before being passed to the rising star Alexandre Pato.
Kalinic will now become the 11th player to wear the number seven shirt, with fans hoping he will be closer to Andriy Shevchenko than Ibrahim Ba.
